Thumping the EVP drum

It’s sometimes tough to really impress an audience with an Employer Value Proposition.

Often, the language is dry. Or the messages seem vague. Or the whole initiative seems too removed from real working life.

So when Prudential asked us to create a film to launch their new EVP, we made sure that the key takeaways resonated on a deeper level.

Here, the language and visuals mix high-level ideals, with what it means on a day-to-day basis for employees. It was a huge success.
