Putting public service first

Public sector organisations can improve their services through the economies of scale of shared services. But there’s always a concern that the provider might not meet your high standards.


For one source, we turned this fear into an opportunity. They only work with public sector organisations – unlike the big four consultancies, for example. So they can position themselves as like-minded partners: authentic public sector people who put the public first.
This lead message runs through the site I wrote for them. At all times, one source’s expertise shines through. But it’s always through the lens of a certain personality, a character that potential clients will naturally feel comfortable working with.
