HiBob’s a great brand to work on. Personable, fun and with a proposition that actually does make a difference to how you work, the client’s given me lots of opportunities to grow their presence online, on TV and OOH. Here are some examples.

My first campaign for them was a digital run at HR leaders and other key voices concerned about whether they were properly ready to welcome Gen Z into the workplace.

Next up, we pushed the style on a bit – incorporating more of HiBob’s fun personality.

The ‘big heads’ campaign neatly worked with the idea of Be Genius at Work – a simple expression of the brand promise.
