Injecting energy into an everyday service

Landlord services are one of those elements in life that you just want to work. But is it really enough to simply say you’re ‘passionate about customer service’ or ‘here to make everyday life simple’?
Fizzy Living wanted to prove they were a step apart from the competition in terms of the their approach. And one compelling way to do that, is develop a tone of voice that says they do things differently – and are proud to do so, too.



My copy for their site included a raft of puns and humour, not to mention structure and language that placed the business a million miles from others in the industry. Targeting a younger audience, it certainly hit the right notes. But even for more stuffy, older people – it gave them a sense of a landlord that would make their life more enjoyable, creative and exciting.
