A development without a brochure? Not a risk, when you’re Southbeach Weligama. Your audience will either be high-net-worth internationals spread around the world, for whom online is the best option. Or they’ll be high-net-worth locals who know its appeal already.
It’s handy here, because it gave us licence to tell the story in a more interactive and visual way.
We took care not to clutter the site, so the user experience mirrors the expansive, tranquil and overwhelmingly nature-based ambience of life on the development. Equally, we found a great balance of full bleed, sumptuous imagery with perhaps more copy than you would usually see in a brochure.
This meant we gave the reader a more detailed, one-stop-shop delivery of all the information they needed to make a decision on whether to invest.
